I am recruiting an experienced Administrator to join a successful family owned and managed business based on the Wirral. Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for general administration tasks to support the Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and a friendly and supportive team. This opportunity is based on site full time.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and administration skills including proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Liaising with clients via email and telephone.
- Sending paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
- Booking installation works with clients in line with client and business demands.
- Assist project managers with administration as required.
- Participate in weekly installation meetings.
- Working closely with our installation Co Ordinator, acting as holiday cover when required.
- Undertake general administration and telephone duties as required.
- General adhoc duties.
Skills Required
- Experience working in an office admin role.
- Self-motivated and well organised.
- A flexible and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
