Job description

At Adaptable Recruitment we have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a fast paced busy office in the Anfield area.
Package: up to £22,000 DOE - (8.30 - 5.00 / 8 - 4.30)
Holidays: 20 days + bank
Location: Anfield - Fully Office based - Parking available
Benefits: Training & Progression
Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Answer phones
  • Deal with enquiries for rentals
  • Filing documentation
  • Booking repairs onto system
  • Data entry + compliance
  • Booking necessary appointments with tenants (gas, electrics)


The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but full training will be provided
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good numerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Data entry experience
