Package: up to £22,000 DOE - (8.30 - 5.00 / 8 - 4.30)
Holidays: 20 days + bank
Location: Anfield - Fully Office based - Parking available

Main Responsibilities to include:
- Answer phones
- Deal with enquiries for rentals
- Filing documentation
- Booking repairs onto system
- Data entry + compliance
- Booking necessary appointments with tenants (gas, electrics)
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but full training will be provided
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Good numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Data entry experience
