We are seeking a proactive and well organised Office Administrator to join our established but growing team. A key role for Signet, providing comprehensive administrative and system support across recruitment process, Interim on-boarding, compliance, payroll coordination, CRM training and marketing.
The role;
Interim workers - on-boarding, contracts of employment, compliance, payroll, holiday & expenses coordination
General recruitment admin and support to Directors, Office Manager & Team
Induction for new employees and on-going system support on CRM and Teams
Conducting credit checks and trade references
Answering incoming telephone calls and managing the general enquiries inbox
Implementing regular automations using Microsoft software and Fire Fish CRM
Providing first-line support internally for IT issues and coordinating with IT provider
Assisting with ad hoc internal events and data cleansing projects
Producing PowerPoint Marketing literature and supporting with on-line client events and training
Creating social content and soft content (i.e., signatures, banners, meeting presentations) using tools such as Canva
About you;
Recruitment, HR or Payroll experience highly desirable
Ability to multi-task, work at pace and with good attention detail essential
Team focussed and passionate about "doing a good job".
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS & Automation systems
Creativity and initiative for marketing coordination tasks
