Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Managing Director, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
