Office Administrator- Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a General Builder company based in North west London
Office Administrator - Responsibilities:
- Full departmental administration
- Processing and filing invoices for approval
- Updating and storing of compliance documents
- Maintaining systems
- Chasing arrears
- Liaising between Contractors and Managers as required
Office Administrator - Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in an Administrative role
- Impeccable written and spoken English
- Excellent IT literacy in MIcrosoft Word and Excel
- Strong planning and organising skills to support more than one Manager.
- Good communication skills to build and maintain strong relations with Clients.
- Good numeracy skills are of paramount importance
Office Administrator - Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6pm
Office Administrator - Remuneration:
- £28,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience
- Up to £35,000 On Target Earnings with commission opportunities
