Job Title: Office Administrator/File Handler - Private Rehabilitation Services Company
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: GBP23,000 pro rata plus annual bonus
Hours: 15-20 hours - Between 9:00am to 5:00pm (flexible hours negotiable)

TraumaCare Limited is a private rehabilitation company, providing administrative services for clients undergoing medical and psychological treatments as part of insurance claims.
Our office is seeking 2 part-time administrators to create a small but adaptable team, providing all administrative services required for clients referred to us.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own treatment files; from locating and referring into appropriate treatment clinics, to monitoring each file throughout the needs of the client.
- Liaising with Clients, Insurance Companies, Solicitors, GP Surgeries, Hospitals and Therapy Clinics.
- Compiling paperwork and costs from multiple practitioners, to provide as treatment evidence for insurance claims.
- Formulating estimates and cost comparison for recommended treatment or surgical procedures.
- Assisting with accounts within the company, including raising invoices and credit control .
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate experience in an administration role and have excellent telephone and email communication skills. The ability to adapt to a developing role and meeting the demands of multiple and sometimes complex treatment files, is essential. Flexibility to increase hours to the needs of the business and cover holiday leave would be desirable. Full training will be provided, however knowledge or experience within healthcare or therapeutic services would be an advantage.
Once established in the position, this role will require some lone working on occasion, as well as being a key holder and responsible for some of the opening and closing of the business.
