This is an office based part-time role working Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours a week for a competitive salary.
You will support the administrative team and provide reception duties including electronic meeting room diary management, meeting set up and refreshment provision, reporting to a remotely based Office Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Organising travel and managing stationery orders
- Preparing expense claims
- Project admin and document control
- HSSE office checklists
- Processing post and booking couriers
- General office admin including preparing meeting information packs and binding
- Have a proven track record as a team player with strong IT skills and proficient use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Work efficiently, discreetly and have demonstrable experience with highly confidential information
- Be self-motivated, calm under pressure and an excellent communicator
