OPX Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Demand Management Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract, which could lead to a permanent position.

Key Duties
Creation of Back Order - weekly
Creation of 4 week report - weekly
Forecast follow up emails with the Sales Team - ad-hoc
Complete updates to Forecasts in DSCP (Forecasting software) - ad-hoc
Creation of receipt files - ad-hoc
Chase overdue orders with Suppliers - weekly
Advancing orders with Suppliers - ad-hoc
Answering queries on Workplace from members of the Sales Team - ad-hoc
Obtain Customs clearance documentation and pass on to respective parties - ad-hoc
Create out of date stock report - monthly
Create non-moving stock report - quarterly
Ups and downs report analysis, making suggestions to the team - weekly
Customer communication for out of stocks (BDO orders) - daily
Diary management of the booking in schedule - ad-hoc
Suspension updates, communicating with NHSSC and customers - weekly
Arranging returns collections - ad-hoc
Updating/creating work instructions using Visio - ad-hoc
Essential:
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent ability to interact effectively with colleagues
Able to provide a consistent and professional level of communication to internal & external customers.
Very good working knowledge of Excel
Able to work on your own or as part of a team and demonstrate self-motivation to achieve the company, team and individual objectives
Desirable:
Working knowledge of Medical / Healthcare industry.
Experience of working in a regulated environment specifically within GDP guidelines.
Part of a very busy Demand Management team, the primary focus of this role is to support the team by producing documentation, various reports and gathering data to create reports, so that the team can analyse the data to make decisions. You will all have some liaison with suppliers, expediting overdue orders and also support National Accounts with administrative tasks, as well as sending required documentation for Customs clearance. You will also respond to Sales Team stock queries via WorkPlace and help support the team mailbox.
