Hours 8.30am-4.40pm

 

 

 

  • Welcoming and greeting valued guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are always clean, organised, and ready for use.
  • Assist the Senior Receptionist and Office Manager’s requests.
  • Managing the reception phone system.
  • Mail management and distribution.
  • Assisting with photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents.
  • Manage and book couriers.
