Responsibilities:
- Site Support:
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, maintenance contracts, and oversee refurbishment projects.
- Oversee the Reception team, either immediately or with the potential for future supervision.
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure a clean and organized working environment.
- Schedule and organize health and safety meetings.
- Maintain meeting minutes and related documentation.
- Provide coverage for reception in the event of absences or ad hoc issues, potentially on a weekly basis.
- Assist HR with employee wellbeing initiatives and social events.
- Coordinate Unscrambled and project review meetings.
- Manage diary bookings for client meetings.
- Make travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car hire, as needed for both sales and engineering teams.
- Provide administrative support for trade shows and exhibitions where the company is exhibiting.
- Handle any other general administrative tasks that may arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
- Proficient in using office software and tools.

Long Service Annual Leave Award: For 5 years' service, a one-off additional 5 days' holiday for that calendar year only. For 10 years' service, an additional 2 days' holiday per calendar year going forward.
- Learning Opportunities/Support: Employees are provided with up to 5 days per annum for training and development. Training courses are agreed upon in advance by the manager and HR, aligning with appraisal discussions. As corporate members of CSAR, employees can attend lectures and webinars on innovation, research, and more.
- Cycle to Work Scheme: Maximum allowance of 2000 per annum. Payable over 12 months, with monthly deductions from salary, free from tax/NI.
