Job description

Elev8 is the UK’s leading working at height specialist using Truck and Spider mounted platforms and contract lifting, traffic management, trackway, grounds maintenance and tree work. We specialise in Government contracts, Telecoms, Heavy Industry and Nuclear industries with machine from 12m to 90m in working height and we self-deliver all services. We also specialise in high level window cleaning and ground maintenance.

Elev8 Group Services is looking to recruit an Administrator to join us in our Sheffield Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers regarding planned work and completed jobs.
  • Handle email and telephone enquiries.
  • Manage the office equipment and stationery.
  • Monitor email inboxes and respond to emails in a timely fashion.
  • Liaise with HR department regarding issued equipment and update on Big Change.
  • Data entry into excel.
  • Set up of new starters on our software.
  • Maintenance of the unit including meter readings, fire alarm registers etc.
  • Meet and greet visitors and clients at the office.

What are we looking for:

  • Previous Administration experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,500.00 per year
