My Client are looking for an experienced Administrator to become an integral part of their growing business on a part-time basis. They are looking for coverage Monday-Friday ideally 10am-2pm but there may be some flexibility on this for the right person.
You will be responsible for supporting the sales and delivery team to ensure systems and processes are followed. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with an outgoing personality, excellent telephone skills and friendly manner. Knowledge of Xero is a distinct advantage but training will be given.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter orders into our sales order system.
- Invoice customers.
- Assist with telephone enquires
- Respond to administrative customer service requests from trade and internet customers.
- Re ordering stock
- Booking in deliveries
- Completing delivery paperwork
- Requesting customer feedback
You will need comprehensive IT and Communication skills and have experience of a busy working environment. In addition to this you will be quick to learn and a great team player.
Due to the branch location you must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Hours:
Monday-Friday; ideally 10am-2pm but there may be some flexibility on this for the right person.
