Main Duties
- Overseeing the administration of fabric collections for upcoming seasons. Responsible for keeping track of the collections for each season.
- Following up of orders placed by customers with mills for fabric hangers and sampling.
- Attending client meetings with major UK customers for administrative and creative support.
- Building client relationship and try to widen customer base both online and in person at fairs.
- Attending textile fairs and support directors in all administrative aspects related.
- Helping with fabric developments and research projects.
- Completing sourcing requests for clients.
- Supporting online media presence where required via Instagram etc
- Taking on office administration tasks as required.
- Keeping up do date with customer sourcing requests, hangers & sampling orders; ensuring consistent feedback from the client to the supplier.
Skills and Experience Required
Requirements:
- A focused individual who can respond to tasks with initiative.
- Motivated and eager to learn while not being afraid to ask questions.
- Organised with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Can use Microsoft and creative platforms like Canva, Photoshop etc effectively.
- A good communicator and confident with talking to new people.
