Total Staff Services are currently recruiting an Office Administrator for one of our clients based in Hawarden. We're working with a longstanding Water Treatment Company who are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly office team.
Hours: (Apply online only), Monday to Friday.
Salary: 23,000.00 P/A
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with emails and passing on enquiries to the relevant departments and team members.
- Organising filing systems both manually and electronically.
- Supporting members of the team in the field.
- Order processing.
- Transferring data and typing up reports.
- Dealing with incoming calls into the office.
- Recording information on queries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
