The Best Connection Newcastle are looking to recruit an experienced office based Administrator to work for our Property Maintenance client based in Consett, County Durham. This role is full time and could become permanent for the right candidate.
The role: Basic admin duties including data entry, answering calls, responding to emails etc Ringing customers to arrange job dates and times and sending correspondance Using Excel to populate information, book in jobs and maintain accurate information Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers The ideal candidate: Admin experience in a fast paced environment Must be accurate when entering data into computers Familiar with Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload Reliable, punctual and hard working Hours + Pay: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm £11.50 per hour Benefits of working with The Best Connection: Excellent pay rates 24/7 contact with consultants Pension Contributions Online payslips Holiday accrual Personal accident insurance Ongoing assignments This role is temp to perm for the right candidate.
