Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join well established friendly team.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Main Responsibilities but not limited to:
-Answering phone calls and emails
-Data entry
-Greeting visitors
-Collecting deliveries
-Handling returns

Skills:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
-Professional demeanour and strong customer service orientation

9:00-17:00; Monday to Friday
