Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Office Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will undertake various admin work ensuring the day to day running of the office is met. The ideal candidate will be motivated and able to work within a busy office with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with general enquires via email, telephone and customer walk ins
  • Accurate input data onto r2c system and update relevant systems/boards
  • Match and input purchase ledger invoices
  • Create sales invoices
  • Assist with month end duties
  • Adhoc tasks as and when required

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Prior office administration experience essential
  • Basic knowledge of MS office software
  • Prior working knowledge of sage50 desirable

Schedule:

  • 8.00am – 4.30pm, 30mins lunch
  • Two days per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week
