We are seeking a highly organised and meticulous individual to join the team as Administrator. You will play a crucial role in supporting the team of financial advisers by managing administrative tasks, ensuring operations run smoothly, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This position requires an initiative-taking and efficient individual.
The team is very friendly and well established and many have worked for the business for a number of years. As a result of retirement, a rare opportunity has arisen for an Administrator, on either a part- or full-time basis (ideally 3-4 days per week).
Administrator Responsibilities:
Client Services:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in the on boarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate client meetings and manage appointment schedules for financial advisers.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and process client account paperwork, including account opening, transfers, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Communication:
- Facilitate communication between financial advisers, clients, and internally
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondences, and other relevant documents as needed.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance-related documentation and reports.
Technology and Systems:
- Utilise and navigate various software tools and systems to manage client information and administrative processes efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry-specific technology and tools, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with financial advisers to provide seamless support and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Work closely with other administrative staff to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Experience and Attributes Required:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the financial services or independent advisory sector.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a busy work environment.
This is a great opportunity to work flexible hours and is easily commutable from Bridgend / Cardiff / Caerphilly. Offices near Penarth Train Station.
