Office Admin Support / Data Entry

Job Overview: We seek a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as Office Admin Support/Data Entry personnel. The ideal candidate will be crucial in maintaining efficient office operations by handling administrative tasks and ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Our office is based near Hemel Hempstead, so must be able to commute.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Accurately input and update data into the company's databases and systems.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Manage and organise electronic files.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Accurately record meeting minutes and action tracking.
- Prepare meeting packs including reports and agendas.
Record Keeping:
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of internal reports.
- Assist in the gathering and storage of multiple stakeholder reports.
- Tracking of contractual deadlines across numerous projects.
Office Organisation:
- Manage project diaries.
- Organise meeting location requirements and room bookings.
Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address inquiries and provide necessary information.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry and office administration.
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners).
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Working Conditions:
- £22,000 to £26,000pa - Full-time position, with regular office hours.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
- 25 days holiday not including statutory and public holidays. Increases by one day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of three years.
