SalaryWe currently have an opportunity for an Office Administrator/ Manager to join our friendly team.
The role would include undertaking the following key activities and responsibilities:
- Answering the Office phone and liaising with our customers and Engineers
- Allocate and Schedule jobs to Engineers
- Co-ordination of the Engineers, ensuring they have correct details
- Check jobs are being completed and filled out correctly and chase where necessary
- Ensure jobs are updated with information
- General office administration
- Estimating/ Quoting

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
