Location: Three Bridges Main duties: To join their team and support the Managing Director and Head of Operations Day to day duties: Organising the day to day running of the business which would include answering phone calls, reception duties, dealing with in and outbound mail. Arranging travel, meetings, agendas and minutes when required Supporting the team to prepare reports and dealing with other administrative task when need be Prepare accounting documents and manage invoices Maintain stationery and office supplies Maintain contacts and databases Requirements: Knowledge of general administrative procedures Strong communication skills with a people-oriented personality Strong organisational skills with high standards of accuracy, quality and attention to detail Thorough knowledge of Microsoft, particularly Word and Excel, with an ability to learn new systems and work in a cloud-based environment Ability to work independently and within a team If this is of interest to you, please apply now
