Main duties:
To join their team and support the Managing Director and Head of Operations
Day to day duties:
- Organising the day to day running of the business which would include answering phone calls, reception duties, dealing with in and outbound mail.
- Arranging travel, meetings, agendas and minutes when required
- Supporting the team to prepare reports and dealing with other administrative task when need be
- Prepare accounting documents and manage invoices
- Maintain stationery and office supplies
- Maintain contacts and databases
Requirements:
- Knowledge of general administrative procedures
- Strong communication skills with a people-oriented personality
- Strong organisational skills with high standards of accuracy, quality and attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft, particularly Word and Excel, with an ability to learn new systems and work in a cloud-based environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team
