Position:Office Coordinator
Location: Buckhurst Hill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Do you have a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Join this lovely team as an Office Coordinator in our Buckhurst Hill office! They are looking for someone who loves to stay organised, manage bookings, and keep everyone on track.
Duties for the new Office Coordinator
- Handle bookings and appointments with ease
- Keep the office diaries organised and up-to-date
- Act as a liaison between clients and contractors to ensure everyone's on the same page
- Take care of general office duties, like answering phones and managing emails etc
Requirements for the new Office Coordinator:
- Previous experience in office coordination or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary & Benefits:
- £23,000 per annum
- 21 days of holiday per year + bank holidays
