My client a luxury high-end boutique architecture firm based in stylish and open plan offices in South West London are searching for an enthusiastic, energetic and eager Office and Events Coordinator to manage the firms busy culture and events calendar as well as the wider office space. There is a huge amount of opportunity for learning and growing within the firm, always something to get your teeth stuck into this is the perfect opportunity for a candidate who is looking for the next step after their first office based role
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting
- Managing the meeting rooms
- Keeping stock and ordering of office and kitchen supplies
- Managing the company inbox
- Supporting the Social Media Consutlant
- Coordinating Company communications
- Organising company events including but not limited to:
- Thursday drinks
- Quarterly events
- Evening learning sessions
- CPD Training
- Client Events
- Summer and Christmas parties
