Office ManagerDue to continued expansion our well established client is seeking an experienced
Office Manager to join their head office based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Main responsibilities of this Office Manager role: Provide leadership and direction to administrative staff, including task assignment, training and performance management
Promote teamwork and professional growth
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, respond to enquiries and resolve issues
Assist in the development and implantation of administrative processes and policies to improve effectiveness
Maintain effective communication channels within the office
Generate reports and analysis on office operations, identifying areas for improvement
Monitor key performance indicators related to office productivity
Skills and experience required for this Office Manager role: Proven experience in office and administration within a supervisory role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and delegate responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office software applications
Knowledge of administrative procedures, policies and best practices
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Job Details of this Office Manager role: Salary £28,000 - £30,000
