OFFICE MANAGER - £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) - LIVERPOOL (CITY CENTRE) - PERMANENTCan you see yourself as the Office Manager of an award winning architectural design practice based in the heart of Liverpool? You can? Read on As the valued support to the team for the full administration and office management, you'll have a varied and busy day. You will also be supporting the practice through management and organisation of the office environment, equipment, stationary, and liaison with external IT support providers.You'll provide the partners with basic PA duties (diary management, travel, coordination)General administrative support to all members of technical staff including research tasks, producing/binding of project reports and organising printing/mounting/delivery of presentation boards.Full management of diaries for internal and external meetings, managing the meeting room calendars, including the organisation of refreshments.This is also an opportunity to assist with compliance and support the practice's ongoing commitment to ISO 9001 and 14001 through audit and compliance checks. You'll be working with external accreditation bodies such as Investors-In-People and Constructionline, ensuring compliance with health and safety at work regulations on behalf of the office organising fire training, first aid kits and all associated requirements.Working on-site Monday to Friday, with a 3pm finish Fridays.If this sounds like the challenge you are looking for call Sam Nixon for an immediate interview.
