Office Manager

£20.00 - £23.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
REED Business Support are pleased to be working with an ethical organisation based in Edinburgh City Centre who are looking to recruit an interim Office Manager on an ongoing temp basis - expected to last several months, with a possibility of an extension or permanency. Working in the office, you will be responsible running the day to day administrative operations and facilities of the third sector organisation.
This is an interesting role working with a charity doing fantastic work throughout Scotland.
Details:
4 day week // Monday - Thursday
09:00 – 17:00
Office Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling front of house duties including incoming calls and emails
- Monitoring company inbox, sending on appropriate information to the relevant person or department
- Maintaining office facilities; including recycling, stationery, appliances and fire safety policy
- Handling general office administration
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager role Or Administration and Facilities Role
- Good level of admin skill
- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
