My client, an owner of an independent, boutique residential property marketing company, is looking for a Marketing/Office Manager. Working collaboratively with residential property companies based predominately in the Home Counties, I am looking for candidates that have a strong understanding of quintessential country life, a clear interest in property and ideally marketing experience.
Based in refined, traditional offices in the heart of Mayfair, you will be working 1:1 with the owner, assisting with the running of the office day to day and implementing a range of PR, Marketing and Social Media activities, including organising various Property events.
Please note, this is 5 days office based.
Duties will include:
- Producing social media content and managing the website
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Maintaining and developing media contacts
- Managing a bi-annual property publication
- Organising the annual Property show
- Day to day management of existing clients
- Researching potential new clients
- General office admin
You will be:
- Polished, well spoken
- Natural people person
- Excellent communicator – written and verbal
- Property experience/interest essential
- Marketing experience desirable
- 1 year’s office experience minimum
