- Creates and manages content for digital platforms, working across Communications to shape stories and messaging into content optimized for engagement across web, social, and email
- Works closely with project team leads to define and execute content strategy aligned with project objectives and target audiences
- Collaborates with geographically dispersed teams of copywriters and creatives on content development
- Manages and serves as lead writer for multiple digital platforms, including websites and email
- Maintains editorial voice and establishes best practices across digital properties
- Manages digital projects and initiatives as needed in coordination with other teams and outside vendors/agencies/partners
- Implement best practices for content quality and performance optimization.
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Substantial experience working in digital communications with a proven track record in project management across multiple projects
- Broad experience working with contact and content management systems and social media publishing platforms
- Experience writing and managing content for large, global properties and accounts
- Superior writing and editing skills (in English) and experience producing and managing digital content, including messaging and short form social media content
- Expertise in building and managing a social platform strategy, content calendaring, and audience engagement
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data from various sources, such as web analytics, social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid media
- Experience managing an email or newsletter program
- Experience with HTML and CSS
