If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you to become a key player in managing their independent living scheme supporting older people as their Older Person Service Manager, based in Littleport, Cambridgeshire.

As their Older Person Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the housing management and support services for our older residents in Beech Court in Littleport. In this role each day will be different, with further responsibilities noted below:
Manage the day-to-day operations of housing facilities for older individuals, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Be responsible for upholding behavioural standards and dealing cases of anti-social behaviour within the service.
Work across multiple teams, ensuring that standards are maintained for repairs, refurbishments, and grounds maintenance.
Coordinate and oversee support services tailored to the needs of older residents, including health care, social activities, and general assistance.
Foster a sense of community among residents through organising and promoting social events, activities, and support groups.
Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care and satisfaction among residents.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and legally sound environment for residents.
Contracted to 25 hours per week, worked across 5 days Monday - Friday, their Older Person Service Manager role is based at Beech Court, Cambridgeshire on a daily basis. There will also be travel across their offices (Rushden, Peterborough and Boston) for team meetings and training frequently, therefore having a full UK driving licence is essential.
To be successful in their Older Person Service Manager role, you will need to be highly organised, with your administration skills being top notch. Being a strong communicator across different channels (face to face and digitally) is crucial to keep engagement high with their residents, as well as being confident in your digital skills.
