Are you a commercially minded Business Development Manager with a passion for new business and a strong relationship builder?
The Advocate Group are currently representing a successful craft beer business looking to grow their presence across the On Trade. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business relationships within the London On Trade. If successful, there is the opportunity for this position to evolve into a senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospecting new accounts within the On Trade channel
- Relationship building with your existing account base and consistently look for additional areas of growth
- Helping increase distribution and actively promote the brand’s distribution
- Proactively contributing to overall business objectives and sales targets
- Continually working to identify new leads and aiming to convert
About You:
- On trade drinks experience is essential
- Resilient and outcome focused
- Strong communication and influential skills
- A strong relationship builder who can tailor their approach
- Highly organised with good time management
