We are currently looking for an Onsite Recruiter who will be responsible for providing contract recruitment services and HR delivery to one of our key Manufacturing Clients located in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15.
This is an on-site role with the possibility to work remotely 1 day a week.
Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process along with other HR administrative tasks
• Ability to learn about our clients workforce requirements while creating & maintaining strong recruitment/HR processes & documentation
• Ensuring a strong & professional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding
• Proactive in developing relationships with the client and within ManpowerGroup
• Working closely to understand clients' needs and projects to identify suitable candidates
• Working in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment processes and GDPR requirements
• Responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of our clients
• You will work closely with the team on the day-to-day account delivery to our client

Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in high-volume recruitment (preferably in the Manufacturing industry)
• HR administration experience would be desirable
• Strong Administration Skills
• Client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results
• Organised, focused, innovative and passionate
