Spinwell is recruiting for a OPCC Board Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OPCC BOARD OFFICER

To provide enhanced administrative support OPCC boards

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE OPCC BOARD OFFICER

• To be educated to ‘A’ level standard or have experience of working to that level in the form of reports, research or projects previously undertaken.
• Experience in an administration, executive assistant or PA role in a pressurised environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling multiple partners.
• To have experience of handling confidential papers and of working in a confidential and sensitive environment demonstrating high levels of integrity and discretion.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple diaries, including researching and booking of travel and accommodation.
• Knowledge and experience of working within a political environment.
• Awareness of the need for sensitive disclosure of information and appropriate methods of communication.
