Job Summary:
We are currently representing a role on behalf of our industry leading client based in the County Leitrim region. In this role you will provide administrative support for the whole site.
Main Duties:
Maintain production & shipment weekly schedules.
Regularly communicate with customers on the status of deliveries and addresses needs as required.
Liaise with Production Supervisor and Operations Manager to place purchase orders, ensures follow up communications with suppliers and regularly reports on the status of raw material shipments.
Performs basic office duties, copying, filing, faxing, typing standard documents, preparing, sorting, and distributing mail, entering data, & running basic or standard reports & other duties as assigned.
Co-ordinate the import of shipping materials.
Maintain & ensure the accuracy of standard docs, records & accounts, sales orders.
Person Specification:
Strong communication skills with internal and external agents.
Microsoft office proficient.
Experience in an administrative role in a busy manufacturing environment,
Ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail
