OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
£40,000 p.a. dependent on experience, plus staff benefits

Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh’s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham’s.
Working within the Operations division to support the Head of Operations to ensure all administration within the division is completed accurately and efficiently. This will include: employee records, payroll checks, production costs, recruitment and training. The Administrator will support the Head of Operations and venue management teams to ensure that all policies and processes are followed across the group.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy administrative environment, co-ordinating multiple priorities and driving tasks through to completion. You should also have experience of working in an arts organisation, preferably theatre. Exceptional organisational skills are essential along with strong attention to detail, accuracy and team-working skills.
