Operations Administrator

Reporting to the Operations manager you will be part of a small, but experienced team, so if you are forward-thinking, enjoy a bustling environment and a hive of activity, then this is the role for you.
What you ll need:

• A background working in an operational position is advantageous.
• Excellent organisation, IT skills and high attention to detail
• A problem solver who uses their own initiative

What you ll do:

• Raise and manage purchase orders, dealing with invoice queries
• Ordering and tracking of materials, liaising with suppliers
• Generating new suppliers and setting up on the system
• Liaising with hauliers and transport companies
• Provide general administration support as and when required

What you'll get

• Monday to Friday 08 00
• Salary is negotiable up to £28,000
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
