Our well-established client based near Hanley are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to assist in their busy finance team.
- Overseeing / managing the computerised stock system based on information supplied by operations.
- Creation of customer invoices.
- Creation of credit notes, once authorised.
- Collate rebate figures where applicable.
- Goods receiving of some materials.
- Scrap invoicing management.
- Management of internal stock transfers.
- Manage stock adjustments where necessary.
- Review of basic reports for any anomalies
The role would suit candidates with strong admin skills, basic computer abilities and be a good communicator, able to deal with people at all levels
