SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.
We are currently looking to recruit anOperations Administrator someone who is organised, motivated and able to communicate well with others, who will assist with the smooth running of the branch.
What does the role involve?
As Operations Administrator, you will process sales orders received from the Internal Sales team as well as specialist account customer orders. You will also input orders and send them over to the logistics team & warehouse teams as well as provide support to the Stock Controller with Purchase Order GRNing and Ad-Hoc Stock Checks during holiday periods.
The successful candidate will also manage the eBay account, posting items for sale, receiving and inputting orders on K8, allocating money through to the system from the online payment system with support of Management. There may also be an element of communication with specific customers when processing orders.
The successful candidate will require:
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Confident with Microsoft packages – including Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Proven experience working with administration.
