Operations Coordinator
Somerset / Hybrid (2 days in the office ideally, could be negotiable)
circa £35k (negotiable for the perfect person!)
All round operations co-ordinator role for an innovative and growing business based in Glastonbury in Somerset - fabulous offices and an incredible, growing business to join.
The role is based on ensuring shipping and delivery of their products is on time and on budget, in a nutshell.
You absolutely MUST have previous experience in a global/international logistics role with a physical product, this is key to your success.
You’ll do this through overseeing the purchase order system, managing the KPIs in SRM, stock management, sales and operations planning preparation, issuing purchase orders for new stock, plenty of logistics planning and sales order management!
You need to have experience in a role where a very high attention to detail is required, and you’ll need to be able to evidence that during your application and through the process.
This role is for an immediate start ideally, with flexibility to wait for you to work your notice of course!
You’ll be very happy in the office two days a week, and can work remotely the rest of the time.
Preferred experience (not essential!)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Logistics
- 1 year of experience in a supply chain/logistics role
- Experience using Microsoft D365
