In expansion of the Administrative team, we are looking for Customer Service & Operation Representative to support the growth.
The Role:
- Customer services
- Processing stock order using in-house software.
- Printing orders on Shopify
- Replenishing stock weekly using stock intake excel sheets.
- Importing weekly sales into the system.
- Transferring stocks.
- Making New-in styles live on website.
- Processing Returns
- Other administrative duties to help Head of Retail.
Skills Required:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and numerate with excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate, Dynamic and enthusiastic
- Work well as part of a team.
- Good in excel
