We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and drive the performance of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic operational management and leadership within a dynamic environment. This role offers a competitive salary of £75k+ with a discretionary bonus and other standard benefits.
Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee the entire operations department, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
- Ensure the development and implementation of cost-effective systems and efficient operations to meet current and future needs.
- Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department.
- Work closely with senior management to set strategic objectives and track performance.
- Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
- Proven experience as an Operations Director or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong strategic and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
- In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software.
