We are recruiting for an Operations Manager in highway maintenance

Summary:

-Operations Manager

-Location: Anglesey

-Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 + Package

-Must be able to speak Welsh

-PFI Highways experience

-Engineering

-Facilities Management

Duties:

- Produce reports

- Chair meetings

- Manage liaison procedures

- Deliver annual reports

- Coordinate orders

- Ensure health and safety compliance

- Manage projects up to GBP50,000

- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers

- Assist in CDM documentation

- Manage development communications

- Identify network improvements

- Liaise for procurement and quality processes

- Serve as main compliance contact

- Manage day-to-day operations

- Oversee service providers and contractors

- Ensure contract compliance

- Liaise with stakeholders

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in highways maintenance essential

- PFI - desirable

-Engineering desirable or hard service understanding

-Must be able to speak Welsh (conversational) - essential

- Contract specification experience

- Facilities Management experience

- Previous management experience

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills

- IOSH or SMSTS qualification
