As our Hotel Operations Manager, you will be focusing on developing and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. You will be involved on the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage departments, monitoring quality and service standards whilst foster a positive work culture and team spirit to ensure heartfelt service is delivers to our guests & team members alike.
The successful candidate will have proven management experience, with an extensive background within hotel operations. We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and guest preferences to successfully lead our Food & Beverage teams to success!
As the role is operational, the successful candidate will be flexible to work alongside our operations team, with strong leadership and team building abilities. You must be a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality.
