Responsibilities:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our customer service, quality, service and supply chain processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing Oversight:
- Lead transformation across the service organisation
- Create and deliver repair or replace policy across the UK.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production workflows.
- Supply Chain Management:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for procurement and inventory management.
- UK leadership team
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to uphold regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
- Investigate and address any quality-related issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement in quality processes.
- Team Leadership across multiple functions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Ensure a positive and productive working environment.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Drive innovation and the adoption of best practices in operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and relevant software.
