After successfully bringing apprentices into the business for the first time last year, we're eager to bring in another intake. We are excited to offer you the chance to become a part of our team as an Operations Apprentice. In this role, you will support all aspects of our day-to-day operations, from client onboarding to developing and implementing new, more efficient processes. To thrive in this role, you should be proactive and interested in learning about personal finance and business operations. A typical day

• Assisting with onboarding new clients and managing client relationships. This includes tasks such as collecting personal and financial information, communicating with clients, and executing our recommendations.
• Supporting operational processes and continually seeking ways to innovate and improve.
• Serving as a point of contact for questions related to operational processes. Maintaining information across multiple systems.
• Learning key regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance.
• Becoming a culture ambassador within the company by engaging with colleagues and suggesting new ideas for collaboration.

You must have

• GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent

Skills needed

• A genuine interest in personal finance and motivated to build your knowledge in the fintech space
• A great communicator, able to be patient and empathise with customers and colleagues
• Able to balance professionalism with a sense of fun
• Ability to not just complete tasks but think about how to make them easier and faster
• A quick learner who uses their initiative to solve problems - loves a challenge
• Have strong organisational and time management skills; whilst maintaining attention to detail
