Due to recent growth and with exciting plans for the future, our client based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team on a permanent basis as an Order Administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, family run business with over 20 years’ experience, in what will be an extremely varied role. This role is crucial, and the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for some of the top clients so excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Answer enquiries via telephone, email and live-chat
-Keeping records of customers enquiries and processing orders
-Liaising with clients and suppliers regarding orders
-Helping clients understand the products on offer (full training required)
-Update clients regarding deliveries.

Hours- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, 4.30pm finish on a Friday.
Salary- Up to £26,000 depending on experience + Christmas shut down, Annual bonus and free staff lunches twice a week!
