PA & Admin Assistant - (Engineering Company)
Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Salary: £30-40K
Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the PMO Manager
* Supporting the PMO Manager with the preparation of project reports, documents and presentations
* Assisting with the planning of project meetings and workshops
* Working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects
* Managing diary and email correspondences
* Preparing monthly and quarterly project plans
* Organising business travel and accommodation
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in an administrative or PMO role
* Experienced in project planning and tracking
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Previous experience working in the cleantech and low emissions industry is advantageous
