We are looking for an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail to support our clients busy vehicle Buying Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Used Car Specialist in the car sales journey.

Duties Include but not limited to:
- Inputting new stock onto system ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed.
- Collate all required documentation and accurately record on the system.
- Complete relevant checks for each vehicle added to stock and resolve and report any issues which arise from them
- Produce weekly stock reports.
- You will be required to chase missing documentation relating vehicles including service history and V5s etc.
You will be require to have a full drivers licence.
