Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Belfast- BT12
Salary and Benefits: Up to £26k per annum
Hours of work: Mon to Thurs 37.5 hours a week, On site, flexible hours and 1pm finish on Fridays

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with my client based in Belfast. They are now seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team. My client is the global leader in the pioneering and manufacturing of high-performance solutions for customers.
The Right role:
Support the designated regional sales team e.g. EMEA or Rest of Asia
• Management of order book
• Accept, process and progress customer orders, acknowledge and advise of any changes
• Assist with creation and follow through of RMAs
• Generation of all types of invoices (e.g. shipping, proforma, manual sales
) • Act as the first point of contact for customers, distributors and remote Sales colleagues
• Manage Export license applications and keep up to date with progress
• Liaise with other departments including Production, Supply chain, Product support to ensure progress of orders
The Right Fit:
• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grades A-C or NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification
• 1 year previous experience in an administration role which can include placement experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Experience using databases
• Knowledge and understanding of the sales order process
• Previous experience within a sales or manufacturing environment
