AppleRecruitment Services are delighted to be working with our client, anorganisation with an excellent reputation in the IT Sector, to appoint a new SalesSupport Executive to join their team in the Belfast office. Training will begiven however applicants will need to have experience in a similar role.

This is afast paced and dynamic environment, with a reputation for customer excellence. Workingwith some of the largest companies within the UK and Ireland, the Sales SupportExecutive is an integral role in a highly collaborative and innovative team andwill report to the Head of Commercial.

Dutiesinclude:

·Buildrelationships with internal teams, external suppliers and clients.

·As led by AccountManagers and Head of Commercial, you will raise quotes and source prices onitems including hardware and software from recognised suppliers.

·Negotiate withsuppliers and agree prices in consultation with the Head of Commercial /Account Managers.

·This isprimarily an office-based role and you will need to check off goods as they arereceived into the system daily to ensure up to date information for sales andtechnical teams.

·Assist the Commercialteam with open quotes, customer licensing renewals, sales admin support anddeveloping relationships with clients.

·You will helpto manage our CRM system, responding to tickets, requests for information,keeping relevant customer and product information updated, and generatingreports for the senior management team.

You will need:

·Experience in a Sales Support team generatingquotes and working with Account Managers

·Experience of purchasing and managing a ‘goodsin’ department

·Experience working with accounts systems

·Experience working with a sales CRM system

·Excellent communication skills, with the abilityto communicate with stakeholders at all levels

·Experience of dealing with inbound and outboundcustomer telephone calls

·Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workloadwhile working to deadlines with accuracy and efficiency

·Ability to work on your own initiative as wellas part of a team

·Motivated with a can-do attitude
